Music License Terms
Our license system is simple and easy.
We offer three Licenses: Free, Standard and Advanced.
With the Free License you can do everything you can do with the Advanced License. You only have to mention us by name with www.guided-meditation-music.com + Track name.
With the Standard License you may use the music for exactly one work.
As an example:
You would love to produce a guided meditation with the title: "Gently falling asleep".
You may publish this work with our music on all streaming and sales platforms. This work can be streamed and sold a million times, you pay no further Royalty Free fees to us.
If you would like to produce another guided meditation with the same music, you will then have to buy a Standard License again, or you can buy the Advanced License instead.
With the Advanced License you can produce and publish as many works as you like.
You could for example then create different meditations with names such as "Gently falling asleep", "Manifestion of your desires" or "Hypnosis to heal the inner child", all using the same Track.
Naturally, no further Royalty Free fees will be charged, regardless of how much money you make with your work. All the revenue is yours.
We always recommend the Advanced License.
This way you never have to worry if you have already used this music and you can use it anytime without hesitation or further inquiry.
The following conditions apply to all license forms:
What you may do with the music:
You may use the music as background music for e.g. for your guided meditations, hypnosis recordings and relaxation videos.
You are allowed to sell your work with our background music on all apps and portals, to stream them, produce cds and create online videos, e.g. for Youtube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
You may also use the music for e.g. for your online conferences and live performances, for your therapeutic groups and individual work as well as for your yoga classes or spa treatments.
You may use the music, even without spoken word, as background music for your videos, e.g. for Youtube or Vimeo (e.g. Fall asleep with binaural beats | 8 hours version)
Attention: This is the only application, how you are allowed to publish the music Stand Alone (background for videos).
What you may not do:
You are not allowed to sell and distribute the music Stand Alone as your music, i.e. publish it without spoken word via the streaming and sales platforms. The only exception: background music for your videos on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and similar video streaming services.
You are not allowed to submit your work to Youtube Content Id and Facebook Rights Manager.
This is really important:
If you submit your guided meditation to such a fingerprinting service, every other user of our music would get a copyright claim and this would lead to a lot of extra work for everyone else and also for you. Please pay attention to this. Especially if you publish your works via an online distributor like: Distrokid, Cd Baby, Tunecore etc.
Your works with our music may not be listed at a fingerprint service!
You may not resell the music, also not via a stock music provider.
You may not use the music stand alone for an app. If you are looking for Royalty Free music for an app, please contact us and we will happily prepare an individual offer for you.
You are not allowed to use the music for film, tv and commercials. If you would love to do this, please contact us and we will be happy to provide an individual offer.
